The Accelerated Development Program (ADP) is designed to shape the future leaders of Ingersoll Rand by providing diverse developmental experiences early in their careers.

Functional rotations are complemented by leadership training and exposure to senior leadership. Through experiences in multiple business unit locations, ADP participants build strong foundations that will prepare them for their careers with Ingersoll Rand.

ADP participants engage in career planning with their advisors to create a path tailored to the individual's career aspirations in alignment with business needs.
