Dave RegneryDave Regnery is President of HVAC North America, Europe, Middle East and Africa at Ingersoll Rand. In this role, Dave Regnery has full responsibility for the management, operations and performance of the Trane business in North America, Europe, Middle East and Africa. This includes sales and distribution of HVAC systems and services as well as product management and engineering; product manufacturing and service operations; parts retail and warehousing outlets, and key enabling functions.

Dave has been instrumental in establishing and growing partnerships with General Electric (GE) and Samsung and has played an integral role in developing the Energy Services business for Trane. Dave serves on the board of the Air Conditioning Heating & Refrigeration Institute (AHRI).

He began his career as a financial management trainee and was promoted to finance roles of increasing importance including plant controller and controller for Schlage and chief financial officer for the Security Technologies sector before shifting his focus to general management. Throughout his 28-year tenure with Ingersoll Rand, Dave has worked in nearly every business sector in every region and led the company’s shared services organization.

Regnery graduated from Northeastern University with a bachelor’s degree in finance and went on to earn his MBA from Lehigh University.
