Ingersoll Rand’s Sales Development Program (SDP) is a 12-month cohort experience designed to prepare participants for a career in outside sales. Upon program completion, participants will have the skills needed and the opportunity to apply for any of our open sales roles.
This network of peers follows a defined learning plan that includes product training and sales process certification through both classroom and online learning. Participants will also tour our manufacturing and distribution sites. Throughout the course of the program cohorts will also gain field experiences, coaching and leadership development.
Ingersoll Rand actively recruits graduating engineers from all disciplines for the SDP, and attracts applicants from major universities worldwide. To qualify for consideration you must hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, be technically competent and have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
