Daniel Roberson is an 18 year veteran of Trane Residential Solutions in Tyler, Texas. He joined Trane as a machine attendant amd many promotions later Daniel is now an Industrial Engineer supporting several production lines which generate revenue for the Trane Residential business. It is his responsibility to ensure the assembly lines run at peak performance. This means not only maintaining equipment but also leading a team of operators and ensuring they have the tools and knowledge they need to be successful.

Daniel is a Texas native and an Army Veteran. He served 3 years as in the Air Defense Artillery operating air defense missile systems such as the Chaparral, Patriot and Avenger. Much of Daniel’s service was at Fort Stewart in Savannah, Georgia. Daniel says the Army helped him to grow up quickly, and reinforced the values he learned at home. “I would not be who I am today if not for the lessons I learned in the Army, such as the value of teamwork and respect for diversity. These are the same values that Trane and Ingersoll Rand expect from their leaders, which is why I have grown and thirved here. It is a perfect match for my philosophy to lead by example.”
