Kristy Temple is a Navy veteran and the senior manager of global learning deployment at Ingersoll Rand University. In this role Kristy is responsible for ensuring that employees have access to learning offerings and that all course and student logistics are in place for training sessions throughout the world. Kristy has thrived and grown her career during her 14 years at Ingersoll Rand, holding various roles in procurement, project management and learning.

Kristy is a Navy ROTC graduate from UNC Chapel Hill and served 7 years as a Navy Supply Corps Officer. Her assignments included the USS Samuel Gompers (AD 37) and instructor duty at the Navy Supply Corps School in Athens, GA.
