CARMEL, IN (INGERSOLL RAND NEWS SERVICE) -- As part of a Special Olympics fundraising event, a group of 14 Security Technologies employees recently added "pulling a 727 jet airplane" to their list of life accomplishments. The $3,850 the team raised by pulling the plane will benefit the Special Olympics of Indiana. The employees, along with four family members and one Special Olympics Athlete, pulled the FedEx 727 a distance of 12 feet in 6.312 seconds. They took second place in the Corporate division and were eighth overall among the 57 teams that competed.

The funds raised by the Lock Solid team was the third-highest total among competing teams. The team also wants to recognize Security Technologies for its contribution of $1,000 toward this total amount.

Security Technologies employees participating in the event were Brad Aikin, Brian Ainley, Paul Bilyeu, Kyle Clark (intern), Frank Coolidge, Pete Dance, Todd Eberwine, Pete Feldman, Greg Furst, Zeb Grandpre, Todd Hill, James Stokes, Rick Swager and Sheldon White.
