| FARGO, ND (INGERSOLL RAND NEWS SERVICE) -- Employees from the Trane facility in Fargo, ND, recently donated furniture, food and more to the Cooper House, which provides long-term shelter and guidance to people determined to end their homelessness.
Twenty-five employees displayed their generosity by contributing enough household items to furnish one of the 43 units in the Cooper House. Along with providing the basic necessities, the Trane team went a step beyond by pitching in a few amenities, food and even a new TV. The unit Trane furnished was recognized as the most welcoming unit through a contest sponsored by Cooper House. Trane employees were encouraged to involve their families in this opportunity to help the community.
Cooper House is a new facility that will provide shelter, support services and programs to empower individuals toward a greater level of stability. In addition to the 43 rental units, the facility has a community room, laundry room and offices used by management and support staff.
