Ingersoll Rand Attends WE Local in Baltimore

We asked Katie Davis and Cyndi Bray-McDaniel, who will be attending the WE Local event in Baltimore on February 8th, what their career development and progression experience has been like as a women engineer at Ingersoll Rand. See what they had to say!

Katie Davis Vice President Engineering Excellence

I have been a part of the Ingersoll Rand family for 11 years, and my opportunities for development and progression of my career have been endless.  I have had exceptional growth opportunities in Operations, Engineering and IT as an engineer and a business leader.  Ingersoll Rand’s leadership development programs, such as the MBA Program or the Executive Leadership Program, include effective and meaningful coaching and mentoring, and they offer leading edge instruction for a sustainable, relevant career for years to come.

Cyndi Bray-McDaniel, Plant Manager, Global Integrated Supply Chain

I came to Ingersoll Rand over 20 years ago as a manufacturing engineer.  Since that first job, I have held roles like production leader, manufacturing engineering leader, quality leader, operations leader, and now I am serving as a plant manager. My first plant manager role was with Thermo King in Hastings, NE.  My second plant manager role was with Trane Commercial in Pueblo, CO and now, I am the plant manager of our Residential HVAC site in Trenton, NJ with over 1100 employees producing furnaces and coils for our customers.  I’ve been able to hold numerous positions that have allowed me to learn and contribute in many ways.  I am thrilled with Ingersoll Rand as a company and have always received strong support from my employees, my peers, and my leadership.
