Situated in a prime location, the Clarksville plant is nestled in the beautiful Tennessee countryside, 45 miles Northwest of Nashville. This state of the art facility, built in 1958, sits on 113 acres and is 1.2 million square feet, making it our largest manufacturing plant and “home” to roughly 1,200 union and non-union employees.
Clarksville is a high driving, DFT certified Trane manufacturing plant that boasts 4 assembly lines producing unitary systems that provide single or multi-zone heating, cooling, and ventilation. We offer a vast array of 1 ½ to 162 ton products from self-contained to rooftop units which include the Voyager and IntelliPak. These units can be found in varying markets from hospitals and schools to retail and data centers. Our innovative and advanced unitary system technology is designed to provide excellent indoor quality, address comfort demands, and maximize energy efficiency.
In addition to producing industry leading commercial HVAC units, the employees in Clarksville are also dedicated to their community. Recognized by the United Way as a leading Community Partner, our Trane employees consistently donate time and money to programs such as Big Brothers Big Sisters, Meals on Wheels, the Safehouse Shelter, and Austin Peay State University. The team also hosted a community yard sale this past Spring to benefit USO Fort Campbell.
The plant’s emphasis on continuous improvement and team collaboration cultivates an environment that encourages innovation and growth. The state-of-the-art facility, superior products, driven employees, and passion for giving back to the community make the Clarksville Trane plant an employer of choice.
