Employee Spotlight: Jeffery Wysocki

Jeffery Wysocki Accelerated Development Program – Operations

While attending Penn State University, Jeffery Wysocki joined Ingersoll Rand’s internship program in Lexington, KY in their Operational Excellence department. While interning Jeffery was able to travel to our Columbia, SC plant to see how the coils for our Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning units were produced. During this trip he took part in a Rapid Improvement Event that enabled him to see a more in depth look at the entire production process, an invaluable experience for him. After graduating Jeffery joined Ingersoll Rand full time in our Accelerated Development Program (ADP) for Operations. This opportunity is providing Jeffery with more guidance on what his career path can look like after he -completes the program and into his permanent position after c his three Operations rotational roles.

In Jeffery’s current ADP rotation he is working for Club Car as a Change Agent for the Operational Excellence team in Augusta, GA. Here he has been able to touch multiple parts of the business by getting involved in Rapid Experiment Events and 9 Step Problem Solving Events. He is also fine tuning his technical skills by taking classes offered to Ingersoll Rand employees and reading books about Lean culture that were suggested by his Manager. If you ask Jeffery if he feels like his work at Ingersoll Rand has been valued, he will give you an enthusiastic yes! “In both my roles I have appreciated both my managers giving me the opportunity to be in leader or value added positions as well as the guidance on how to achieve my individual development goals.”
