Rachel Stark 2017 Accelerated Development Program - Accounting/Finance
While attending the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, Rachel Stark joined Ingersoll Rand’s internship program in Piscataway, N.J. with our Internal Tax group. After graduation, Rachel joined Ingersoll Rand full time in our Accelerated Development Program, the company’s early career talent program. The deciding factor for her was the structure of the Accelerated Development Program where she would have the opportunity to try three completely different roles and possibly three different geographies. The experience and the opportunity piqued her interest.
In her current role, Rachel is working in Lynn Haven, Fla at a Commercial heating and air conditioning manufacturing plant where she supports the finance team with month end close, account reconciliation and other weekly tasks. In the future, she aspires to continuing growing and developing her career with Ingersoll Rand in the U.S. and outside, in a position where her work adds value.
