Father’s Day is Sunday, and at Ingersoll Rand we are proud to have
many father and son pairs working for our company. Chad and Davis
Larrabee have a long lineage of engineers in their family, so it is
only fitting that they both work for Ingersoll Rand. Davis, an inside
sales and service representative, has been with the company for about
four years, while his father Chad, a product management leader, has
been with Ingersoll Rand for about 25 years. While the pair don’t work
together directly, Davis finds himself reaching out to his father with
questions since Chad once held a similar role. Do they enjoy working
together, you might ask? “I absolutely love working with my father; he
is truly a brilliant man and I hold a great amount of respect and
adoration for him. Not only do I appreciate him for his role and his
accomplishments at Ingersoll Rand, but also as a father to whom I
credit so much of my success as an employee and as a man,” Davis says.
“I hope to carve out a legacy as great as his before I am through.”
Happy Father’s Day to all, but a very special Father’s Day to our
