Katherine began her career with Ingersoll Rand in 2012 as a Human Resources Business Partner at our Lynn Haven, FL manufacturing plant. As her daughter entered middle school Katherine felt a strong desire to spend more time with her children and began looking for a part time role. The opportunity for a job sharing position opened, and it was the perfect match for Katherine’s needs both professionally and personally. This role as a Human Resources Coaching Center Partner has allowed her to be present for both the big and small events for her family. And while a job sharing role comes with its unique challenges, Katherine and her job sharing partner are committed to serving their client group. It also allows our business to work with two seasoned professionals that have different passions and skills.
