Aundreya Harrison, Change Agent, Operational Excellence
Aundreya is responsible for driving transformation strategies for three value streams in Global Procurement. This includes facilitating rapid improve events, training and coaching on lean principles, 9- step problem solving and advanced lean facilitation. The procure to pay value stream won a President’s Award and was nominated for a Chairman’s Award in 2016. Aundreya joined Ingersoll Rand in 2013 supporting quality management systems in the supplier quality and development group. She led the development and deployment of the Global Supplier Quality Manual along with other supporting standard work. Aundreya’s 10+ years in supplier quality made her well suited for that role. Prior to joining Ingersoll Rand, she worked for Newell Rubbermaid and Delphi Automotive.
Aundreya has a MS in manufacturing management from Kettering University and BS in manufacturing engineering from Central State University where she was president of NSBE. She enjoys volunteering in the community, traveling and attending sporting events.
Gorge Lynch, Quality Engineer CPQT
George has been with Ingersoll Rand for 25 years and currently holds the position of quality engineer within our Club Car business. Driving corrective actions and process improvements using integrated problem solving tools is his passion. He has a love for the game of golf and is more than willing to communicate how our diversified products make us an industry leader!
Eric Befidi, Director, Project Management Office
Eric is responsible for establishing the strategy and building competency for project management of new product development and productivity projects. He provides project management expertise to coordinate the activities to initiate, plan, execute, monitor/control, and complete the delivery of the key requirements for each Engineering process. Additionally provides guidance to Project Managers on coordination of engineering and manufacturing schedules, order changes, assurance of quality standards, relations with customers, scheduling of activities, issue resolution, understanding contract requirements, providing technical support, and the utilization of project management processes and tools. He has been with Ingersoll Rand since 2014.
Eric has been a member of NSBE since 1998, he holds a bachelor’s in electrical engineering from the University of Minnesota, a MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a master’s in systems engineering from Southern Methodist University. He enjoys playing soccer, traveling and showcasing his culinary skills to family and friends (a self-proclaimed Master Chef).
Zachary T. Kemp, Senior Advance Engineer
Zachary has been with Ingersoll Rand for two and a half years within the Modeling and Simulation Network of Excellence. In this role Zachary develops computer based simulation models of our products to help determine causes of failure, predict system performance and estimate product life. He has over seven years of experience in modeling and simulation with a specialty in multi-body dynamics and vehicle dynamic simulation steaming from a prior role at John Deere Ag & Turf as a simulation engineer. He is also an involved member of the Black Employee Network at Ingersoll Rand’s Davidson Campus and serves on the community relations committee. He enjoys going to recruiting events and conferences put on by NSBE and feels it is the best way to interact with talented individuals looking to network and gain career opportunities. Outside of work, Zachary enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, fishing, mentoring and coaching youth basketball ages 4-18.
Leandre Adifon, Vice President, Enterprise Systems Engineering & Advanced Technology
Leandre oversees Programs & Portfolio Management, Product Design Integrity and Advanced Technology for Ingersoll Rand. Leandre came to Ingersoll Rand after 20 years at United Technologies, where he was vice president of Otis Worldwide Engineering and member of the Otis Executive Committee. He holds advanced degrees in mechanical engineering from Polytechnic of Milan in Italy, and in management and finance technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). He also has a MBA from RPI and a certificate in systems design and management at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Leandre is a member of the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE), Global Architecture Forum and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME). He is also a board member of the American School for the Deaf (ASD) in Connecticut and the African School of Economics (ASE).
