Ingersoll Rand University (IRU) was established in 2003 to provide

For those interested in pursuing graduate level business education, the company fully sponsors the Ingersoll Rand MBA program. The IR MBA is a fully accredited MBA program delivered in partnership with Indiana University, The University of Manchester and CEIBS (China Europe International Business School). The curriculum compliments Ingersoll Rand’s unique business strategy and leadership development needs while providing participants with a high-quality, well-respected graduate business education. Students will earn their degree through the university’s public program over 2 to 3 years. Sessions are conducted via online and in-residence sessions. This structure allows participants to manage the weekly course load of the program in addition to their regular work schedule.

We also offer online learning, which brings learning to the learner at many locations across the globe. Ingersoll Rand offers traditional tuition reimbursement for undergraduate or other graduate degree programs.
