Residential Solutions' Gulf Coast Trane DSO Collects Food for Needy

TAMPA, FL (INGERSOLL RAND NEWS SERVICE) -- The Gulf Coast Dealer Sales Office (DSO) for Residential Solutions has again collected canned and boxed food items for local families in need using an innovative idea of Brian Raus, field service representative. For the second straight year, Raus asked for a six-item food donation from each Trane dealer technician attending training classes he conducted in Tampa, St. Petersburg and Ft. Myers, FL. More than 900 pounds of food were donated by the Trane dealer representatives who attended the three classes on service procedures for the ComfortLink II system.

The Salvation Army, Metropolitan Ministries and Cape Caring Center were the recipients of the much-needed food.
