A display of our security solutions set in interactive office and home environments was used to demonstrate Ingersoll Rand's leadership in the global security market at Security China 2010 in Beijing. One of the world's largest and most influential public security exhibitions, the officially titled 10th China International Exhibition on Public Safety and Security drew more than 1,000 exhibitors from over 25 countries and regions and 110,000 attendees.
Featured in the Ingersoll Rand booth were the updated Schlage Security Management System, the new Schlage CPU smart readers, Schlage KD2000 digital lock, CISA Mifare hotel lock, Falcon 25 and Briton 600 exit devices, Schlage biometric products and Von Duprin electric exit devices. One of the most popular items in the display was the Schlage LiNK™ Remote Home-management System, which won the CES Innovations 2010 Design and Engineering Award in the United States.
Our participation in Security China 2010 enhanced Ingersoll Rand's brand position, strengthened our partnerships with existing customers and helped our distributors to establish wider partnerships with global customers.
