Maria Blase, president of Ingersoll Rand’s Fluid Management, Material Handling and Power Tools businesses, has joined the Board of Directors of Winnebago Industries, Inc., a leading outdoor lifestyle product manufacturer. She will sit on the Audit and the Nominating and Governance Committees.
“Maria is a highly talented executive with a vast amount of public company experience both in financial and portfolio leadership roles,” said Michael Happe, Winnebago Industries President and Chief Executive Officer, in the company’s press release. “Her unique global perspectives will be valuable as we work to take Winnebago Industries to new levels of growth and profitability.

Maria has 25 years of experience with diverse industries including transport, buildings, services, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and mining. After joining Ingersoll Rand in 1999, she was promoted to various global financial roles, including chief financial officer of the Climate Solutions sector. In 2013, she was named President of the HVAC and Transport Latin America business of Ingersoll Rand, and in late 2017 assumed her current role.
