ORLANDO, FL (INGERSOLL RAND NEWS SERVICE) – Industrial Technologies recently had another strong showing at the 2011 ISN Tool Dealer Expo introducing several great new products. The booth staff took hundreds of orders over two days, while connecting with customers and showcasing the industry leading line of vehicle service products.
Once again the booth received the award for “Best Product Demonstration” using real life applications to showcase how Ingersoll Rand tools make technicians more productive.
ISN is a large, multi-warehouse distributor of tools & equipment served by Ingersoll Rand’s Vehicles Services channel based out of Lakeland, FL. The show was held June 24th and 25th 2011 at the Orlando Marriott World Center in Orlando, Florida.
Three new products were introduced in 2011, including two new additions to the MAX Family of products. The 2145QiMAX ¾“ Impactool improves upon the 2141 by providing more power, more durability, and a more efficient motor allowing maximum productivity. All of this is delivered along with our patented quiet tool technology.
The new vibration reduced 118MAX and 122MAX Air Hammers were very well received at the show, garnering many orders for both bare tools and kits. The long-barrel 118MAX and short-barrel 122MAX provide 15 percent more power, while comfortably reducing vibration by 30 percent, and the inclusion of a quick change retainer maximizes each tool’s productivity. What most impressed the customers was the awesome value for the 118MAX and 122MAX kits, which includes a blow molded case and a 5 piece chisel set.
Lastly, the new 529 air saw was also showcased for the first time. The 529 air saw blew away customers with its nearly 88 percent reduction in vibration from the still successful 429 air saw. The 529 air saw’s longer stroke, lightweight ergonomic design and 360° swivel exhaust make it a great reciprocating saw solution for efficient everyday use in the garage.
Industrial Technologies introduced the revolutionary 2015MAX and 2025MAX Hammerhead low-profile impactools, which continue to be game changers in the field of vehicle service repair, at last year’s ISN show.
The combination of continued innovation on great existing tools along with a fantastic effort put forth by all of those involved in planning and executing the booth at this year’s show allowed Industrial Technologies to follow up the benchmark set in the previous year with an equally impressive 2011 ISN Tool Expo this year.
“Our success at the show is based on months of planning, a great distributor partner, unique product innovation and the most enthusiastic IR Show Team made up of a wide range of people - Sales, Marketing, Product Management & Engineering,” Said Mike Purtell, show organizer and Vehicle Services Strategic Channel Manager, “It's truly a unique experience."
