GIVE volunteers at work in Cincinnati

As part of the 2010-2011 GIVE (Get Involved Volunteer Event) Initiative, six Ingersoll Rand employees from the Steelcraft plant in Cincinnati, Ohio, volunteered at the “Walk Ahead for a Brain Tumor Cure” in Newport, Ky. The group helped with event setup and registering the more than 1,100 participants in the walk/run.

Walk Ahead is an energizing and scenic five-kilometer walk/run that raises funds for brain tumor research and education at the University of Cincinnati Neuroscience Institute.

GIVE is an ADP-managed service organization that promotes community involvement and volunteerism at all of Ingersoll Rand’s locations. The GIVE team encourages all Ingersoll Rand employees to get involved in GIVE events throughout the year in their community.
