Richard Marani Joins Ingersoll Rand Industrial Technologies

Davidson, N.C. – Ingersoll Rand Industrial Technologies announced today that Richard Marani has been named vice president of Information Technology, effective July 11, 2011. Marani will report to Robert Zafari, president of Industrial Technologies and Archie Deskus, chief information officer for the enterprise. As a member of the Industrial Technologies senior leadership team, Rich will lead information technology for the sector.

Previously, Marani was the chief information officer for Doosan Infracore Construction Equipment and a key member of their executive committee, reporting directly to the CEO. Prior to Doosan, Rich was the vice president of Information Technology for Bobcat/Club Car. Marani also worked at General Electric and United Technologies in IT leadership roles.
